Wine making process: after the grapes
are picked from the bunch, they are pressed by using maximal power of 0,2
bar. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Than the wine stays in tank on thin yeasts at least one year. After this,
take place the second fermentation by using long charmat method to obtain
an elegant sparking wine. Filtered only once and then it is bottled.
