Wine making process: the grapes
which are harvested only in the vineyard called the Monte del Cuca are brought
into the winery as they are where they are pressed at 0,2 bar. After the
fermentation which take place totally in old oak barrels, the wine stays
into them for a period of six months with its own yeasts. It is filtered
only once and then it is bottled.
Bottle sizes: 0,75lt - 1,5lt.
Bottles produced: 3200.
