quintals per hectare.
Harvest: by hand at the beginning of
October.
Wine making process: after the grapes
are picked from the bunch, the grapes
stay in the press machine for ten
hours in order to obtain a light
maceration without enzymes. The
morning after the harvest they are
pressed by using maximal power of
0,2 bar. Fermentation occurs in
stainless steel tanks under controlled
temperature. Than the wine stays
in tank until the following
February. After this, it is filtered
only once and then it is bottled.

1,5lt.
