Wine making process: the grapes
which are harvested only in the
vineyard called the Riva Arsiglia
are brought into the winery as they
are where they are pressed at 0,2 bar.
The juice selected fermented totally by
using only natural yeast in stainless
steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Then the wine stays in tank until
the following June. It is filtered
only once and then it is bottled.
Bottle sizes: 0,75lt - 1,5lt.
Bottles produced: 6.000.
