Grape variety: 97% durella and 3% garganega.
Soil: hills of volcanic origin.
Harvest:by hand at the beginning/mid October.
Wilting: the grapes are brought into the winery as they are where they are pressed at 0,6 bar. The juice selected fermented totally by using only natural yeast in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Then occurs second fermentation in bottle by addition of Albina juice (resin garganega grape) since with natural yeasts and natural sugars. Bottled without sulphites. Disgorged handy and topped with the same wine.
Bottle sizes: 0,75lt.
Bottles produced in this vintage: about 2.000.
