Grape variety: 100% garganega.
Soil: volcanic hillside in Gambellara Classic area.
Harvest: by hand at the end of September.
Wine making process: the grapes which are harvested only using wooden boxes are brought into the winery as they are where they are pressed at 0,6 bar. The juice selected fermented totally by using only natural yeast in stainless steel or cement tanks under controlled temperature. Then the wine stays in tank until the following December. Bottled unfiltered.
Bottle sizes: 0,75lt.
Bottles produced: about 14,000.
